You don't have to be young or skinny to do yoga and you don't have to be a gymnast or a ninja to get started.

Our sessions are gentle, accessible and you can take your time going at your own pace.

This is yoga that meets you where you are at and respects your natural boundaries.

I can work with you one on one to help establish you in a gentle home practice that you love or you can work on your own with the pre-recorded and saved session and Live Classes weekly.

You will have ongoing access, as a member, to ask questions, make requests or get advice.
