I am a certified Yoga Therapist with over 20 years experience.

People refer their friends to me when they want someone they  trust to guide their loved ones in a gentle, safe, supported and playful practice that is adaptable to wherever they are at.

I specialize in tailoring gentle yoga tools specifically for humans with a little more life experience.

A comprehensive at home practice that progresses over 6 weeks, guiding you step-by-step towards better back health, better sleep, increased body awareness and calm.

Short daily practices that are easy to achieve with detailed alignment, educational and safety tips.  Help for sciatica, s.i. joint issues, inflammation and more.
