YOGA WITH EVERYTHING membership

 

A completely new and innovative project has been brewing in my mind and heart for years. It is a reflection of my beliefs and values as well as the deeper philanthropic and evolutionary aspects of the yogic teachings.

In it, you can do yoga in the comfort of your own home, any time, any place at your convenience AND "give back" for less than 75 cents a day!

This is yoga that meets you where you are at with gentle, introductory practices, as well as stronger practices, breath work, meditation, yoga nidra, food as medicine, chanting and MORE! Everything you need for a well rounded at home guided practice.

Tailored for those who want a mindful and safe approach with detailed alignment from a highly educated and experienced yoga therapist.

"Yoga with Everything" is a virtual yoga studio and an interactive online community donates a percentage of membership fees to charity EVERY MONTH and that percentage goes UP for every 50 new members who join the project.

CHANTING, BREATH AND MEDITATION

Saturday, March 14th, 2020, 4pm - 6pm

Do you want to learn more about mantras, their meaning, the benefits of chanting, how to chant, how to use the breath to self-regulate and how to use both for creating the ideal environment to meditate with ease? If you find meditation challenging, this class may be helpful.

Join me for this 2hr deep dive session. Some gentle movement will be included to make the body content so the mind can focus. I look forward to sharing these wonderful practices with you.

align and balance

Saturday, April 4th, 2020, 4pm - 6pm

Over the years, many students tell me how their balance is poor and ask me how to improve it. In this comprehensive workshop, you will learn the fundamentals of building better balance, what is needed, what you need to focus and what the secrets are to increasing your balance.

Learn the proper alignment of several balancing poses along the way.

Balance is important, especially as we age, to increase our stability and prevent falls and injury. Another exciting yoga exploration I am delighted to share.
