Gentle yoga for gentle people

The times we are living in are becoming increasingly challenging to navigate. Sometimes the only thing we have control over is ourselves.
We need the tools of self calming and self-sufficiency to keep us steady during times of change and uncertainty.
Yoga is our oasis and our life raft. Yoga with Angie online is a community of like-minded individuals who care about each other and the world. We are happy to welcome you into our space so you can find what you need to feel balanced and at ease during these times.
We are also having fun in here! The virtual yoga studio is a place of light.
You don't have to be young and skinny to do yoga and you don't have to be a gymnast or a ninja to get started.
Our sessions are gentle, accessible and you can take your time going at your own pace.
This is yoga that meets you where you are at and respects your natural boundaries.
I can work with you one on one to help establish you in a gentle home practice that you love.
You will have ongoing access, as a member, to ask questions, make requests or get advice.
